Visit Colorado: A Tasty Breakfast at Creekside Cafe in Steamboat Springs
14 Oct 2019
Disclosure: My meal at Creekside Cafe was covered by Steamboat Springs Chamber. All opinions are my own.
Finding new and unique places to eat while traveling is a passion of mine. I prefer to stay away from franchises or big box restaurants while on vacation. The local Mom and Pop shops always seem to have the tastiest food, and the best service.
I had the pleasure of having breakfast at Creekside Cafe with some friends while visiting Steamboat Springs in Colorado. It’s a cozy restaurant located in the historic Soda Creek building.
Frequented by locals, Creekside Cafe uses locally sourced ingredients in their homemade dishes. Its a very popular breakfast destination!
What We Ate
I ordered a latte while my breakfast was being prepared. A good way to start the day!
Bella ordered pancakes with strawberries. The pancakes were light and fluffy!
Daniella had the Country Fried Steak. I got to try it and it was cooked perfectly, and very tasty!
And I conquered the Mountain Man Eggs Benedict. Two Hayden fresh poached eggs over toasted English muffins, smothered in homemade hollandaise sauce, smoked ham, slab bacon, house recipe chorizo, and breakfast potatoes. So meaty, and so good. This was comfort food at its finest!
Creekside Café has a breakfast menu with many great options. It was really tough to choose just one thing!
