Mmmm… Beef!
There’s no secret that I love beef. Even with my new healthy lifestyle, I have incorporated beef into my diet.
Wendy and I have smoking brisket in our smoker perfected. We give the brisket a dry rub, and smoke it for 12-14 hours. We throw in a few other things… like Bourbon, or red wine, to enhance the flavour.
When it comes to various cuts, prime rib, sirloin, striploin, and rib eye are my favourite. If I can cook them directly over a campfire… well that’s even better!
Canadian Beef Twitter Party
Be sure to join Canadian Beef Farmers on the first in a new series of monthly chats focused on promoting Canadian Beef, and supporting Canadian beef farmers and ranchers.

Beretta Farms is a Toronto based company that sells several different types of meat. Their selection of beef is fantastic! Ordering online is easy, and they deliver in the GTA. You can also pick up your order at their depot.
If you’ve never been to a Hero Certified Burgers, you need to change that. The burgers are big and juicy, and packed full of flavour. The have lots of toppings, great sides, and a decent kids menu.
So make sure you cook up a nice thick sirloin or a juicy burger, and join us for a fun party!
