Big Daddy is more than just a name
27 Sep 2013
Recently, a list was published on known Dad bloggers in Canada, by a Daddy Blogger.
This was not a list of the top Daddy bloggers, just a general list. I recognized a few of the names.
I inquired about being added to the list, with a simple comment on the Facebook post promoting the list “I would love to be on this list”. The response kinda threw me for a loop. I was told I “didn’t qualify” due to not blogging about being a Dad. While this is true, I do talk about being a Dad on social media all the time, and am well known for it.
However, they had a point. I don’t “blog” enough about being a Dad.
I am committing to blogging more. I want to become a more well-rounded blogger. Not because someone told me to. This is more for myself; something I have wanted to do for a while.
I am a proud father, with 2 beautiful daughters, and an amazing and supportive wife. It’s time I started featuring them on my blog.
